Please join AMG for a session with Jorge Cherbosque, PhD, of the UCLA Staff and Faculty Counseling Center for a discussion focused on empowering staff to cope with COVID-19 related stressors and provide them with actions they can take to manage personal and professional challenges.

Dr. Cherbosque will review common concerns staff are facing during work from home and review the five factors, which aid in recovery from adversity and stress. He will provide some strategies for overcoming grief, fear, and zoom-related issues such as fatigue, exhaustion & anxiety.
